The Patient Portal and LILLY / Native Sales use the Supabase/PostgreSQL platform. LILLY / Native Sales is the operational CRM and Sales platform. QuickBooks Online Production is connected and supports invoicing and payment-related workflows. The portal does not maintain a separate patient, membership, or payment database.
Information involved
Depending on the features enabled and the information a member provides, portal records may include account and contact details, membership and plan information, household or dependant information, family-member and renewal requests, accounting summaries and payment history, and security or usage events needed to operate the service. This website and portal policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Privacy rights relating to health information may also be addressed in a separate Notice of Privacy Practices, where applicable.
Why information is used

The portal uses LILLY / Native Sales as its operational backend. The connected QuickBooks Online Production integration exchanges customer, invoice, and payment-related information with Intuit/QuickBooks for invoicing, accounting, and reconciliation. Payment-related options are provided through the supported portal and QuickBooks workflows. Other providers may support website hosting and portal operation.
Security, retention, and requests
Portal access is intended for an authenticated member or authorized household manager, and accounting views are limited to that person’s permitted records. Information is retained and handled according to the applicable service and recordkeeping requirements.
